Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you visit the site, the server automatically stores technical information in log files: IP address, date and time, requested page, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This data is used solely to keep the site secure and stable and is not combined with other data.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
Fonts
All fonts are stored locally on our server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other font provider is made.
Concert calendar
We maintain our concert dates in a public Google Calendar. The dates are fetched and cached by our server. Your browser does not connect to Google, and no data about you is transmitted to Google.
YouTube videos
Videos are embedded in a privacy-enhanced way: at first only a locally stored preview image is shown. Only when you click “play” is the video loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data such as your IP address is then transmitted to Google, possibly also to the USA (Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). See Google’s privacy policy for details.
Audio previews
The album previews are streamed directly from our own server. No third-party services are involved.
Links to other platforms
We link to Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, Instagram, YouTube and our CD shop. These sites are only opened when you click a link; from then on, the respective provider’s privacy policy applies.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we use your details solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We do not pass them on without your consent and delete them once they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw any consent at any time. Just write to contact@timjonnic.com.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
